The National Partners scheme is a strategic partnership between ACSA and selected businesses which work with or wish to grow with the aged and community care industry.
ACSA's National Partners are leaders in their field, offering goods and services to aged and community care providers.
Aged and Community Services Australia inc is the national peak body in Australia representing more than 1,200 church and charitable and community based organisations providing accommodation and care services to over 700,000 older people, people with a disability and their carers. With the population living longer and increasing community expectations for a wider range of quality services, the aged and community care sector is facing greater challenges than ever before. The Australian Bureau of Statistics estimates that in 30 years time, those aged 65 and over will represent about 22% of the population, that's an 83% increase on current figures. By 2051 they could represent a quarter of the population.
Many Australian businesses are wanting to understand this fast-growing sector in order to grow with it. Access to intelligence around industry trends and changes is critical and this scheme offers Partners unprecedented growth opportunities. Involvement in the scheme is by invitation only and is limited to ten leading industry businesses. Each year ACSA works with Partners to develop and implement a project related to key industry issues such as aged care reform, rural and remote funding shortfalls or the ageing workforce, for the benefit of the entire industry.
As a professional industry peak body, Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) expects all Corporate Supporters and Partners to abide by its Code of Ethics..
